Padded Quilted Diamond
Padded quilted diamond refers to a fabric construction where two layers of fabric are separated by a layer of padding, and the whole assembly is stitched in a diamond pattern to hold the padding in place, creating a textured, insulated material often used for jackets and coats The “padded” aspect describes the soft, warm filling, “quilted” is the technique of sewing through the layers, and “diamond” is the specific pattern created by the stitching.
What is Embroidery?
An embroidery jacket is a jacket decorated with stitched designs, logos, or text, created by an embroidery machine using needles and colour threads.
What is Sublimation?
Refers to fabric that has a design printed onto it using a dye-sublimation printing process, where heat and pressure turn a special solid ink into a gas that then permeates the fabric fibers. This results in a durable, vibrant, full-color print that is integrated into the material, rather than sitting on top like a sticker, so it won’t crack, peel, or fade.
